North Country Property Concierge, LLC operates with a 4 wheel drive vehicle with 8 inches of ground clearance and can access most places. If you are still unsure, please reach out!
Is a contract required?
Services are provided on a flexible month to month basis beginning on the designated commencement date. To ensure operational continuity during critical freeze windows, a minimum of 6 consecutive months is required for winter seasonal contracts (typically November 1'st through April 30'th.
